Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, as the restaurant has already begun meal preparation.

$10 food minimum required for all orders per restaurant

How long does it take to get a delivery?
30 to 60 minutes average.  May take longer depending on traffic and road conditions.

 

Can I have my order delivered at a specific time?

Yes, 1-2 hour advance notice needed.

 

Will you deliver to my Office, Home, Dorm, Etc?

Yes, Yes, Yes and Yes

 

Service Fee?

3.00 to 6.00 per restaurant depending upon distance of restaurant from location.  Service fee is NOT a gratuity. Some locations may be additional - call for service fee to your location

 

What areas do you deliver to?

Youngstown, Boardman, Austintown, Canfield, Struthers, Liberty, Girard, Poland, Hubbard, Mineral Ridge, Cornersburg, McDonald, Campbell and GM Lordstown Facility

 

Do I have to tip the mobile waiter/driver?
Customary 15% gratuity is appreciated but not mandatory. Drivers must cover gas cost and vehicle maintenance.

 

Can I order from a restaurant not listed?

Delivery is not available from restaurants not listed. Bookmark website to check back for new restaurants.

 

Why isn’t my favorite Restaurant participating?

If your favorite restaurant is not partnered with U Gotta Eat talk to the manager or owner and let them know you would like to them to sign up so you can receive your favorite foods through Northeast OH’s #1 Restaurant Delivery Service. The restaurant owner or manager may feel you do not want this convenience available and requires feedback from patrons otherwise.
